The first bitch which we got into our kennel directly from Russia was bitch LANITA ZLODEJKA, already 2 years old and in Russia well appreciated – 2x CAC and 2nd place in class of young on a World show in Helsinki (in competition of 12 young bitches). Her father is Italian Interchampion, Champion RUS, RFK, BLR, GEO, LAT – Aldebaran de Nobile Veltrus. Last year we succesffully covered LANITA by Polish dog CH. PL ROMEO FROM SFORA CARYCA. Pups were born on the 5. July. Initially we had wanted to cover by OTHELLO FROM SFORA CARYCA – Romeo’s son, but he was too young and the cover was unsuccessful, perhaps next time. The pups were very beautiful, so the bitch ALCA has stayed in our kennel.

Another bitch TIARA, but we call her NASTA, she has both parents from Russia (see pedigree). She is 2 years old now and she has received following tittles from passed shows until now: 1x CAC CZ, 1x CAC SR, CACIB, 1x r. CWC. She is a bitch with splendid character and with interest in scamper again. She has first-rate hair, even in summer.

Next import from Russia was male AVANTURIN – alias CHRIS. We were given him like tiny 40days old pup. He did not look like a barsoi in his childhood, because he ate very much and you could see it on him. We also had a little problem with his documents and finally we got it on January 2001. At once we could start the show era in midstclass. After one show year CHRIS became a champion of Czech republic and Slovak republic too and he got this tittles : 5x CAC CZ, 4x CAC SR, 2x CWC in Poland, res. CAC CZ, CAC Hungary, 3x CACIB, 3x res. CACIB, 3x BOB. Chris is unbelievable dear, friendly character, he likes people, he obeys very well, he is very ambidextrous and skillful in covering. On 3. 3. 2002 his second pups were born, with bitch TIARA – 1 male and 6 females. Female Conie from this litter stayed at home.

CHANTILLY LEYTON. This is only one bitch from Czech breed. She had formidableness past (she was also in a shelter). We get her when she was 5 years old. She is very nice to us, but she does not like contact with other dogs, that is why she has got her own room and privacy which makes her extremely grateful. She has passed many shows, she is Club champion (1999), 3x CACIB, 3x BOB, BIS, 4x CAC CZ, 2x CAC SR, National winner, 1x r. CAC CZ, 3x CWC PL, Winner in Wroclav, 2x club show and last year she won the Club winner from Mr. Espen Eng in Poland in competition of 40 barsois . In 2001 she had beautiful pups with our AVANTURIN.

Last Russian bitch is LUKICHI ELUKA alias SASA, half sister of TIARA (NASTA). She is very wild, temperament and she must grow up before show era. Last year in September my friend sent me a dog ROMEO DORSDORF alias GIFT for my birthday. On his first show he got CAC, res., CACIB. He is young, very perspective dog with clear Russian and absolutely new blood in Czech republic and also in Europe. He is very kind and friendly, he has good hunting skills inherited after parents.

Imports of all Russian barsois we could realise only with big help from Mr. Karel Horak and we hope, that it will be useful in breeding.
